    SAHAYATA GLOBAL ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE REFUND POLICY

  • Sahayata Global tries its level best to provide best possible Roadside Assistance services to its end customers. In cases where our customer is not satisfied with our services, we will provide refund to the customer on pro-rata basis, it will take us a maximum of 3-6 business days from the time a complaint is registered with us to cancel the order and initiate a refund. The refund will be made in the form of a cheque and will be sent to your postal address. We also have an option to pick up the cheque in person from our office.
